1. Membership

• Membership is by application and invitation only.
• All applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with the Collective’s standards of quality, real impact, and professional integrity.
• Members belong to one or more of the following categories: – AI-empowered Solutions – High-level Talents – Clients – Quality Partners (recruitment & channel)
• Membership may be revoked at any time if a member no longer meets the Collective’s standards or breaches these rules.

2. Core Principles

Members of Forge Collective commit to:

• Prioritizing real, measurable impact over marketing noise
• Acting with professionalism, discretion and mutual respect
• Practicing reciprocity (giving and receiving value)
• Protecting data sovereignty and confidentiality
• Maintaining a selective, high-quality environment

3. Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

• Interact respectfully and constructively at all times
• Avoid aggressive self-promotion, spam or unsolicited mass outreach
• Refrain from sharing confidential information without explicit permission
• Not use the Collective to solicit competing solutions in a disruptive or unfair manner
• Represent their expertise, solutions and results accurately and honestly
• Respect the private and selective nature of the community

Any behaviour that undermines the trust, quality or atmosphere of the collective is not tolerated.

4. Confidentiality & Data

• Discussions within the Forge Lounge and Forge Table are considered confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Members must not disclose information shared by other members outside the collective without prior consent.
• All data processed by Robee™ remains under the full control of the respective member (data sovereignty principle).
• Members retain ownership of their own content and data.

5. Platform Usage

• The Project & Opportunity Board, Forge Lounge and Forge Table are professional spaces intended for high-value exchanges.
• Intelligent Matching and Personal AI Agents are tools to facilitate relevant connections — they must not be used to circumvent the selective nature of the community.
• Members are expected to keep their profiles accurate and up to date.

6. Reciprocity

Forge Collective thrives on mutual contribution. Members are encouraged to:

• Share relevant opportunities, insights and introductions
• Provide constructive feedback when requested
• Support other members when they can add genuine value

7. Limitation of Liability

Forge Collective and/or any of its employees, administrators or representatives shall under no circumstances be held responsible or liable for any commitments, agreements, contracts, partnerships, financial obligations or any other arrangements entered into between members of the community, at any level and in any form.

All interactions, negotiations and agreements between members are strictly private and remain the sole responsibility of the members involved.

 8. Enforcement

• Minor breaches may result in a private warning.
• Serious or repeated breaches may lead to temporary suspension or permanent removal from the Collective, without refund of any fees.
• The final decision rests with the Forge Collective administrators.

Acceptance By joining Forge Collective, members confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these rules.
